DATA RETENTION POLICY

Customer shipping records and related data may be retained for up to seven (7) years for auditing and regulatory purposes.
After the legally required period, your data will be securely removed from our systems.
ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION / DELETION PROCESS
If you wish to deactivate or delete your Sendxja online profile:
Send an email to: sendxpackages@gmail.com
Include:
Your full name
Email address on file
Customer number (if available)
Date and description of your last shipment
(Providing a reason for deactivation is optional.)
A Sendxja representative will contact you via email or phone to verify your identity and confirm your request.
Once verified, your account will be deactivated.
Important:
Shipping history and contact information will remain securely stored for up to seven (7) years in compliance with Jamaican law before permanent deletion.
ACCOUNT REACTIVATION
To reactivate your account:
Email sendxpackages@gmail.com requesting reactivation.
Verification will be completed.
Your account will be restored upon confirmation.
