Sendxja acts as a package forwarding company, providing international shipping services to customers worldwide. We receive, consolidate, and forward packages on behalf of our customers to their designated shipping address.
2A.1 - Customer Responsibility for Legal Compliance. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all goods shipped to Sendx Jamaica Limited (“Sendxja”) are lawful to:

2A.6 - Limitation of Responsibility. Sendxja operates as a freight forwarder and logistics provider and does not act as the importer of record unless expressly agreed in writing. The Customer remains the beneficial owner of goods and is legally responsible for compliance with import laws.
Sendxja maintains strict confidentiality and privacy practices to protect customer information. We will not share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or as necessary for providing the requested services. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Sendxja reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause. You may also terminate your account by providing us with written notice. Upon termination, any packages in our possession will be handled in accordance with our policies.
Sendxja may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. By continuing to use Sendxja's services after any modifications, you accept and agree to the revised Terms.

10.1. Full Clearance Policy: Sendxja requires all customers to collect and settle all previously arrived, outstanding, or unpaid packages on their account before any newly arrived packages can be released.
Customers cannot pick up one or two packages while leaving older packages uncollected. All packages must be collected in the order they arrive.
10.2. No Partial Collection: To maintain fairness, warehouse efficiency, and accurate inventory management, customers are not permitted to:
• Selectively collect certain packages while older packages remain in storage
• Leave overdue or unpaid packages behind while requesting the release of new items
• Delay collection of previous shipments to prioritize newer arrivals
All outstanding packages on the account must be cleared first, without exception.
10.3. Storage & Abandonment: Packages not collected within the free storage period or packages repeatedly left uncollected may:
• Accrue storage fees as outlined in Section 3
• Be considered abandoned after the maximum storage limit is reached
• Be disposed of, liquidated, or otherwise handled in accordance with Sendxja’s storage and abandonment policies
Sendxja is not liable for loss, damage, disposal, or delays related to uncollected packages.
10.4. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for:
• Monitoring their package arrivals
• Collecting packages promptly
• Ensuring all outstanding balances, invoices, and customs-related charges are settled
• Complying with the Full Clearance Policy prior to pickup
Failure to adhere to this policy may result in the refusal of package release and may impact continued use of Sendxja’s services.
Sendxja is committed to transparency and fairness in the handling of all customer shipments. This policy outlines our responsibility in the event a package is reported lost or missing.

This policy outlines the procedures and legal implications when goods are detained and transferred to the Queen’s Warehouse by the Jamaica Customs Agency.
Goods may be transferred to the Queen’s Warehouse when:
They are not entered for customs clearance within fourteen (14) days of unloading or deposit.
Required customs documentation is not provided.
Duties, taxes, or applicable charges remain unpaid.
The goods are seized or detained for compliance, regulatory, or security purposes.
Important Notice:
All goods held at any other customs-approved warehouse or storage facility that remain uncleared within the legally prescribed period may be transferred to the Queen’s Warehouse for auction in accordance with Jamaican law.
Once goods are transferred, they are under the sole control and custody of the Jamaica Customs Agency.
Sendxja has no authority over goods once they are placed in the Queen’s Warehouse.
Goods stored in the Queen’s Warehouse that are:
Not entered or cleared within three (3) months, or
Within such an extended period as directed by the Commissioner,
May be sold by public auction after one (1) month’s notice published in the Gazette.
Importers or owners may clear their goods up to the day before the scheduled auction.
Perishable goods deposited in the Queen’s Warehouse may be:
Sold immediately (forthwith) without prior notice by public auction at the discretion of the Commissioner.
Non-perishable goods deemed unsuitable for storage in the Queen’s Warehouse may be:
Stored at the place of landing or another approved location (constructively warehoused),
Sold by public auction after fourteen (14) days’ notice published in the Gazette.
Where goods are sold at auction, proceeds are applied in the following order:
Any remaining balance may be claimed by the owner within two (2) years from the date of sale. If not claimed within that period, the funds are paid into Jamaica’s Consolidated Fund.

Failure to enter and clear goods within the legally required timeframes may result in auction under Jamaican law.
